What are your goals?

 Discuss: 1

The best way to respond to the interview question "What are your goals for the future?" or "Where do you see yourself in five years?" is to refer to the position and the company you are interviewing with.
Don't discuss your goals for returning to school or having a family, they are not relevant and could knock you out of contention for the job. Rather, you want to connect your answer to the job you are applying for. Examples of good responses include:
·                       My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I can.
·                       I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in (related) professional associations.
·                       Once I gain additional experience, I would like to move on from a technical position to management.
·                       In the XYZ Corporation, what is a typical career path for someone with my skills and experiences?

Can you work under pressure?

Working under pressure must be considered as an oppurtunity to explore our hidden potentials and must work in summing up our task most efficiently. So I think that I can definitely work under pressure as it would help enhance my working skills.

Discuss

SIR, I personally think pressure situation provide the true tallent of any person, so Yes I really feel more competitive and energetic while working under pressure because it is a part of life and working under pressure boosts your confidence and it is the only time to show your talent and to prove your worth.

Discuss

I am confident about myself. I will not try to create an environment of pressure around me by completing my work on time. If some external pressures are there I will try to make best use of my interpersonal skills to overcome it.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Discuss: 1

Sir, being a fresher I am likely to be much energetic. I can do the work late night. But I deliberately not prefer late night work unless it is urgent. Rather I will try my best to accomplish my work in the office hours itself. Late night working will rather affect my very efficiency on the next day in office.

On the weekend since all the hours are mine, I can do the work conveniently.

Discuss: 2

I always prefer completing my work in time.but if the company is in need of my work at nights and weekends..then i'll surely take the responsibilty and work over the hours for that.

National Animal of India

Tiger (Panthera Tigris, Linnaeus) is the national animal of India. Tiger is also called the lord of Jungles. As the national animal of India, tiger symbolizes India's wildlife wealth. The rare combination of grace, strength, agility and enormous power has earned the tiger great respect and high esteem. India is home to nearly half of the total population of tigers. The government of India launched the Project Tiger in 1973 to protect the royal animal.

Out of the eight races of the tiger, the Indian race, the Royal Bengal Tiger is found almost all over country (with the exception of the north-western region). With the launch of Project tiger in 1973, the tiger population showed a gradual increase and the census of 1993 puts the tiger population of the country at 3,750. Under Project tiger 23 tiger reserves have been established throughout the country, covering an area of 33,406 sq. km. Unfortunately due to negligence of authorities and poaching the tiger population of India is decreasing at an alarming rate. In fact, some of the tiger reserves do not have any tigers at all.
