  My strength is hard work and positive thinking. I take both success and failure in same ways. Success encourages me to to achieve more and failure inspire me to work hard. When I was in 7th standard, in half yearly exam I got very less marks in science, I was an average student. I was so hurt by seeing that marks I wept whole day. My parents convince me and inspired me. Then I realized the importance of study. I worked really hard for nect exam and In next exam I got highest marks in science in my class.

Tell us about your previous call center work experience and describe the manner in which you serviced the customers?

This question may be thrown at you in the middle of the interview and you must be prepared for it. Before heading for any call center job interview, you must always review your past work experience and note down the highlights.


Also, call centers look for team players, so focus on the successes you achieved with a team and talk about the achievements as being part of a team effort, not as your personal achievements. Sir, being a fresher I am likely to be much energetic. I can do the work late night. But I deliberately not prefer late night work unless it is urgent.
